Mane Focus wants you to be happy with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout — Paddle will send you a secure link to manage your order and request a refund.
- Or contact Mane Focus support through the in-app support option and we'll help you get it sorted.
What's covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your most recent subscription payment. Once a refund is approved, we will end your paid access to the Service. Renewal payments made after the 30-day window are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal to prevent further charges.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
